Brook Warehousing Systems utilizes a progressive inventory management system through automatic data collection. This program is a comprehensive and flexible warehouse management system and provides our organization and our clients with the tools and data tracking capabilities required to operate in an environment of continuously changing needs. Full system backups are done daily with disaster recovery plans in place.

Sophisticated Tracking Methods - Database retention results in ease of tracking on virtually any database field including lot, location, and product history.

Customized Report Generation - The WMS provides us with the tools to manipulate data fields and provide specialized reports.

Client Side Inventory Access - Internet-based supply chain visibility and data messaging enables collaboration by providing secured 24x7x365 access to supply chain data through a browser interface.

Additional Capabilities and Benefits

Compliance Labeling, Bar Coding, and
ID Tags - Our WMS provides the capability to produce client and consignee specific bar code labels and ID Tags from any data field. The system can retain client specific data related to the transaction, product, client or consignee for special labeling requirements

EDI - Our Electronic Data Interchange module, for those clients utilizing this technology, requires little operator intervention. There are full mapping capabilities, the database is automatically updated and each event is logged.

Radio Frequency - Brook's inventory management system can operate in an RF environment. RF, combined with EDI, will provide real time inventory information for clients who require real time automatic data collection.

Batch Collection - We have technology to offer timely automatic data collection through batch terminals.

Hazardous Materials Software Module - Brook's built-in chemical database structure allows us to provide compliant bill of lading and report production.
